Bradley Construction Group is a residential and commercial contractor based in Monroe, Georgia. The work falls into four lines: remodeling and renovating homes and commercial properties, home additions, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and new or custom homes.

Remodeling & renovations
Kitchens, baths, whole-house updates, tenant spaces, offices. If the building you already have needs to work better, that is this work.
Scope depends on the building. If you are not sure whether something is a remodel, an addition, or an ADU, say so. We will sort that out on the call.
We take on occupied houses and working commercial properties. You hear from us while the work is in progress, not only when something goes wrong.
Home additions
Garages, in-law suites, extra bedrooms, a larger kitchen, a primary suite. More room on a house you already like.
The addition should match the house you have, not sit on it like a box. We plan how new space ties into the floor plan, the structure, and the exterior, then build it through completion. The existing house stays in mind the whole way: access, weather, and how you live during construction.
If the extra space is more of a separate dwelling than a wing on the house, that is an ADU. Same conversation.
Accessory dwelling units (ADUs)
A second living space on a lot you already have. Guest house, rental unit, garage apartment, a place for family to live with some independence.
An ADU has to function as a real dwelling and still sit right with the main house and the lot. We handle that as general contracting from planning through completion, including utilities, access, and how it ties into what is already there.
New or custom homes
Ground-up. A house on a lot you already own, or a custom home around how you live, not a floor plan from a binder.
We plan with you from the first concept through a buildable scope, then run the job through final completion: the trades, the schedule, and the site.
One contractor through the job
Under all four, we are the general contractor. One point of contact, the schedule, the trades, and the finish. We are not a national production builder. You talk with the people running the job. Serving you well is the point of the work, not an extra.
